type of building: Detached house. size of property: 10000m². year of construction: 1900. no youth groups.The house is just 5 km from the characteristic village of Luogosanto and 15km from the wonderful beach of Rena Majore.It is ideally located in the north east of the island, about 25 km from the main attractions of the area: Santa Teresa, Palau, Porto Pollo, Tempio Pausania.Furthermore, both the spectacular Natural Park of the Maddalena Archipelago (15 minutes by ferry from Palau) and the fortified citadel of Bonifacio (45 minutes by ferry from Santa Teresa) are within easy reach.The location in the countryside, but very close to the sea, allows you to explore the entire coast, including the north-eastern coast with the beaches of the Emerald Coast.We must not forget the interior which is also very interesting with its small authentic villages, the numerous cork forests and the important testimonies of the Nuragic era.

Outside there is a veranda with a dining table and chairs; a hammock (in the shade of an ancient olive tree) with a view of Luogosanto and plenty of space to play, relax, explore. Even park the car! The property is fenced.

The stazzo (typical house of the Gallura countryside) is about 110 square meters and is surrounded by 1 hectare of land with scrub and spontaneous vegetation. It is a very quiet and genuine place, suitable for families and nature enthusiasts.The house has only one floor and is made up of the following rooms: a large living / dining room with fireplace, table, two sofas and a chaise-longue; a double bedroom (double bed 140X200) and a triple bedroom (double bed 160X200 and single bed 90X200); a fully equipeed kitchen with fireplace, gas stove and oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, moka, etc. Finally a bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and bidet. All the rooms are very large, with high ceilings. Bright and welcoming.All windows have adjustable shutters.There is a washing machine.

Luogosanto is 5km away. There are bars, restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, post office ... The nearest sea (Rena Maiore) is only 15 km away.At about 25 km there are the main attractions of the area: Santa Teresa, Palau, Porto Pollo, Tempio Pausania and both the spectacular Natural Park of the Maddalena Archipelago (15 minutes by ferry from Palau) and the fortified citadel of Bonifacio are within easy reach.
