Designed for gathering, the kitchen features brand-new appliances, a 36” ILVE gas range, wine fridge, and is fully stocked with spices, Keurig + drip coffee makers, Ninja blender, InstantPot, and premiere cookware. The oversized quartz island seats five, and the dining table comfortably seats eight.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside to the covered patio overlooking the pool — perfect for cocktails or outdoor meals. Enjoy a dining table for six, four loungers, a charcoal grill, and a private saltwater pool with LED evening lighting. A heated outdoor shower makes rinsing off after beach days easy.

The area is notorious for its sugary-white sand beaches with sparkling blue water, its world-class fishing, and it's great dining and entertainment. 30A presents a great family environment with something to do for everyone! Enjoy relaxing at the beach, a leisurely bike ride, or drive a golf cart down Scenic Highway 30A taking in 18 miles of beauty, beach and sugar white sand. Stop in at Grayton, Seaside, Seacrest, Rosemary, Alys...there is so much to do. Enjoy the charming restaurants and shops, live music, leisurely walks, beach bonfires, and more! Of course, you can always create your own downtime - just sink your toes in the beautiful, sugar white sand, listen to the waves and remember why you came to our little corner of paradise.

Nestled in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach (which is sheltered by rustic state parks to the east and west), Stayin' Sandy is just steps away from restaurants, music, nightlife, grocery, bakeries, bike and beach equipment rentals. – not to mention the area's most famous ice cream 🍦 and donut shop! The community is a safe, family friendly development of just 22 new homes. The beach is within a a 8-10 min walk.

** Before you snag your booking at Stayin' Sandy Jr, please review the following**

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Once a booking is made, you will be e-mailed a POC (point of contact) form and short Rental Agreement to e-sign. This agreement is simply for liability purposes.

SECURITY DEPOSIT A $250 security deposit hold is required. No worries—it's just a hold, not a charge! It’ll be released 3 days after you soak up the sun and head home! 🏖️

SAFETY: Pool Alarm, Fire Alarms, Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Fire Extinguisher

CHECK-OUT: 10 AM sharp. We've got to spruce up for the next wave of beachgoers.

RENTAL AGE POLICY: We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we only rent to friend and family groups, and you must be 23 years or older to reserve the home.

QUIET ENJOYMENT: Keep it mellow outside after 11 PM. Let's soak in the serene beach sounds!

PARKING: 3 cars MAX on driveway only. NO boats/trailers. Cars parked on street/landscaping subject to tow.

BEACH: Short walk to Blue Mountain Beach public access

SMOKING: Let's keep the air salty and the vibes chill – no smoking, vaping, parties, events, confetti or glitter allowed!

PETS: With approval and payment of $200 pet fee

MAXIMUM GUESTS: The spacious 3 BR home accommodates max of 8 guests– it's all about beachside bonding!

CLEANING FEE: The only fee we charge is a cleaning fee. This fee goes directly to the family that cleans the property between each stay and is designed to be a Fair Living Wage. Between each stay the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and all towels and linens are replaced with fresh clean towels/linens.
