Spacious two bedrooms, EV Charger, quiet by stream - West Linn

West Linn is the top two most favorable residential areas in Oregon. The guest units is newly remolded, in the beautiful, friendly and upscale neighborhood by a stream. Guests have private entrance, private deck facing back yard with full grown trees and separate outdoor sitting area. Enjoy the quiet environment but close to town- only 20 minutes from downtown Portland and 10 minutes from freeway. No full kitchen. Tesla charger available. Need to go up and down 20 steps of stairs. Owners family live onsite.

This is the lower lever of the house (with some stairs) our family live in. I have to be honest that we do have some noise upstairs although we try to minimize as much as possible. But we definitely observe the quite time between 10pm and 8am. You can charge your electric vehicle with our Tesla charger after 10pm with prior arrangements outside our garage.

Your private entrance is at the side of the house along the round stone path. You will be entering the guest unit though a beautiful deck. When entering the guest unit, your will be greeted by a gorgeous fire place, a large great room with family room, dinning area and a living room all in one.

The guest unit has no full kitchen but a microwave, a toaster oven, a skillet, a coffee maker, a thermos pot and refrigerator. Paper plates and plastics utensils are also provided. The dining table is large enough to sit 6 adults comfortably.

Both the living room and family room sofa are big enough to sleep a guest respectively. There are plenty of space to socialize and have your own space to chill as well. TV is fire stick connected.

In the first bedroom, you will have your own private deck to enjoy.

The second room is large enough that we put a working desk, office chair and a small futon.

One full bathroom with shower and toilettes provided.

The outdoor deck has open and covered portion so enjoy the fresh air rain or shine. In hot Summer days, it is best to sit under the trees and star to enjoy your chat and laugh. However, we would recommend all noise and activities move to indoor after 10pm and keep it at reasonable level so we can keep the nice relationship with our neighbors.

Below the deck, you are welcome to use the fire pit to experience camp fire feeling. Just remember to put out the fire after. You may see deers grazing during the day !

Definitely no smoking of any form in the whole property inside out because the house is fully surrounded by trees.
