* Child Safety: Please be aware that the townhome is not childproofed. There is a long flight of stairs to the second floor, and there are no safety gates. For these reasons, the property is not recommended for children under 6.
* Fees: Rates are priced for 12 guests. A 10% management fee and cleaning fees apply to each stay. An additional guest fee applies per night. Maximum occupancy of 12 guests.
* Security: For your peace of mind, an outdoor security system is active on the property.
