Getting around

Located in one of Spokane's South Hill private upscale neighborhoods on a mountain just beyond the southeast edge of the City of Spokane. The neighborhood is entirely residential and its location on the hillside gives the houses panoramic views of the South Hill, Palouse, West Plains including the tower at Spokane International Airport, and the Selkirk Mountains to the north and northwest of the city.

The best way to get to and from the property and around the area is by car. An all-wheel-drive vehicle is necessary during seasonal weather. Snow during winter is likely. Expect occasional mud during rain or after thaw. Fall and winter seasons bring breezy weather and snow fall. The private road and private driveway are plowed when there is snow.
