Glenn Haven is a charming open-concept cottage comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests and includes:

The fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy, and we’ve stocked the essentials so you can pack light — including linens, bath towels, beach towels & chairs, shampoo/body wash, conditioner, and both drip & Keurig coffee.

RENTAL RULES
Please respect our home and our neighbors. Review these with all the occupants. You will be asked to agree upon booking and before door codes are sent.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed
2. MAXIMUM of 5 registered guests at all times (this Includes adults and children)
3. Code-enforced neighborhood QUIET HOURS are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.
4. Pets are NOT allowed. We cannot host animals of any type due to severe health issues of a family member. If you have a service animal or ESA we are unable to accommodate your stay.
5. Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s), and only in driveway. Parking on the road or grass is not permitted.
6. Person booking reservation must also be staying for ease of communication in case of emergency.
7. We have a septic system and while effective, it will clog if improper material is flushed. Guests are responsible for damage due to anything other than toilet paper being flushed.

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. If you’re unwilling or unable to follow these guidelines, our cottage may not be the right fit for you.

We welcome babies and small children but we are not baby/childproofed so be sure to pack those essentials! (Pack and play provided).
