* $25/night Pet Fee; If unauthorized pets are found/reported then we reserve the right to immediately dismiss you from our property with no refund. And minimally, you will lose your entire deposit.
* No Parties or Extra Guests Allowed (any evidence results in extra charges)
* No Smoking (any evidence results in extra charges)
* Trailers MUST get pre-approval so that we can help you navigate
* At least one person 21 years of age or older must handle and be
responsible for the renting of our home and must remain overnight
each day of the rental period.
* No Illegal Activities are permitted on our property.
* We have one security camera mounted on the front of the house overlooking the parking area and front porch steps. This unit stays on but is not monitored unless there is an issue.
