The Innovation Centre is the pride of Kelowna and the hub of our exploding tech sector. Walk five minutes and you're there! Gather Restaurant is worth checking out for fusion dining ... and their whiskey bar.
Located within the same block as you, Bliss Bakery is the closest place (of numerous nearby cafes) to get your fancy coffee fix, not to mention their delicious eats
Chaibaba is a local hidden gem located a one minute walk away ... it's literally around the corner and is absolutely my favourite tea house that serves up a huge selection of tea while providing a quiet oasis to sip and watch the world go by
One block away, Sprout serves up amazing breads and cafe items ... hipster style
Given that you are staying in the heart of Kelowna's cultural district, why not check out the art gallery that's two blocks away
The ice rink by the lake, which feels like being in a living post card, is now closed for the season. Next winter, though, it'll still only be a 10-minute walk from the condo and there's a mobile skate rental guy there every day - hockey skates only
You are staying at the beginning of the Rail Trail, which will take you all the way to Vernon should you feel really energetic!
For something both hip and old school at the same time, check out the Board Game Cafe where every board game under the sun exists. They are licensed and serve some light food - for a unique night out!

Location, Location, Location. Hiking, biking, cafe'ing, dining, arting, shopping, imbibing, beaching, concerting, people watching ... walk 2-10 minutes and hit ALL these things.

100% no smoking, vaping, cannabis building.Your home away from home is an open-concept condo with over 600 square feet of space to kick back and relax ... “base camp” for everything our area has to offer.

While the Okanagan Valley is known internationally for its world-class wineries, micro-breweries are now trending strong ... and the district is oh-so-close, a mere 10-minute walk.

If the outdoors calls, a hike up Knox Mountain is in order. It’s just down the street, which leaves plenty of time to shop or check out a myriad of cafes and restaurants. Or hop on the Okanagan Rail Trail for a bike ride. Scooters and e-bikes rentals are close!
