While the Okanagan Valley is known internationally for its world-class wineries, micro-breweries are now trending strong ... and the district is oh-so-close, a mere 10-minute walk.

If the outdoors calls, a hike up Knox Mountain is in order. It’s just down the street, which leaves plenty of time to shop or check out a myriad of cafes and restaurants. Or hop on the Okanagan Rail Trail for a bike ride. Scooters and e-bikes rentals are close!

- This is a 100% non-smoking/non-vaping building in all private and shared spaces - enforced by strata $200 fine for breaking the rule

- Property is only available to registered guests listed on the original booking
- Replacement fee for lost keys is $65 per key or fob
- Missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement value

100% of payment is due at time of booking via etransfer.

Cancellation Policy

Once dates are taken off the market, they become unavailable to others. Guest must cancel the original reservation before owner is able to try to rebook cancelled dates. It is recommended that guests explore travel insurance options.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
