Impressions at Sole is located in Kelowna's Cultural District. Boasting a high walk score, consider this as base camp for your visit. Within 10-minutes walking to all downtown destinations ... restaurants and cafes, event venues, shopping, the brewery district, outdoor music and Okanagan Lake's beaches, it's easy to live like a local!
Your home away from home is an open-concept condo with over 600 square feet of space to kick back and relax ... “base camp” for everything our area has to offer.

While the Okanagan Valley is known internationally for its world-class wineries, micro-breweries are now trending strong ... and the district is oh-so-close, a mere 10-minute walk.

If the outdoors calls, a hike up Knox Mountain is in order. It’s just down the street, which leaves plenty of time to shop or check out a myriad of cafes and restaurants. Or hop on the Okanagan Rail Trail for a bike ride. Scooters and e-bikes rentals are close!

One free parking spot is provided in the building garage. Street parking is free overnight and metered during the day. There are surface lots and public parking garages nearby. BUS: Kelowna's main city bus hub (5-minute walk to the condo) TAXI: Yes! (maybe try Current Cabs for a ride in a Tesla) RIDE SHARE: We have two: URide | Lucky to Go SCOOTERS: Lime (e-bike and scooter rentals by the minute)

- Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm. Bylaw fine for breaking the rule - This is a 100% non-smoking/non-vaping building in all private and shared spaces - enforced by strata $200 fine for breaking the rule - Slippers and indoor shoes, sure! Outdoor shoes, please remove - Property is only available to registered guests listed on the original booking - Replacement fee for lost keys is $75 per key or fob - Missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement value - Additional cleaning fee of $50/hour will apply if excessive cleaning is requiredNot suitable for children and infantsNo smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

100% of payment is due at time of booking via etransfer

Cancellation Policy

Once dates are taken off the market, they become unavailable to others. Guest must cancel the original reservation before owner is able to try to rebook cancelled dates. It is recommended that guests explore travel insurance options.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.

Should life happen and your plans change, we honour our cancellation policy but do our best to refund based on rebooking, and consider change requests within 30 days max.
