Quartz countertops adorn the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stylish interior, European wallpaper, in a great location to visit the areas must do's. Relax on the deck, enjoy the solitude of the property that surrounds you, or visit adjacent Yosemite National Park, Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, Bass Lake, Oakhurst, the Chukchansi Casino, and so much more! In the winter months enjoy skiing at Badger Pass, located in Yosemite National Park. We hope this is a place you'll return to year after year for your annual trip with the family!

Amenities include central heating and air conditioning, two Roku TVs that you may sign into your accounts with, a 3 hole frisbee golf course, horse shoes, a 1/4 mile hiking trail to a bench with a great view, a large deck with seating for 10, electric BBQ, and a kayak you're welcome to take to the lake (use at your own risk). For your safety, besides regular power, our home has a whole home backup generator that will kick on seamlessly if need be as the power goes out often everywhere in the mountains. The home has solar too! We also include Starlink Internet for the home with speeds up to 203 MBps. Coming soon, an Electric Vehicle charging station.

Access the 1614 square foot three bedroom, two bath home via a gravel driveway just off a paved private road. A queen bed is located in each of the two main level bedrooms, and the third large bedroom upstairs can sleep up to six by way of two queen beds with two full trundles. No bunkbeds here :) Our home can sleep a maximum of 10 people. Easy access into the home for those with disabilities via one small step.

New construction means a Level 2 Electric Vehicle (EV) charger is included. Make use of the ChargePoint 240V EV Charger which charges any EV up to 9X faster than a normal wall outlet. Works with all electric cars, tested on Tesla Models, Chevrolet Volt and Bolt EV, Hyundai Kona and Ioniq, Kia NIRO, Nissan LEAF, Toyota Prius Prime, BMW i3, Honda Clarity, Chrysler Pacifica, Jaguar I-PACE, and many more.

It's a legal requirement to carry chains seasonally above the 3000 foot level as it may snow. If there's a big storm, chains/4 wheel drive may be required although the road is paved to the property. No pets are allowed due to allergies, and there are many forest creatures, as well as poison oak everywhere in the Sierra Nevada Mountain range. Maximum occupancy is 10 and no unauthorized guests are allowed.
