• We have a security deposit that is just a hold ($500) on your credit card, NOT a charge. it is released within 3 days or less after your stay, as soon as the cleaners come. We've never had to change a guest against their security hold. :)
• Only registered guests allowed on the property at any time, day or night.

Private entrance with key code which will given to you before you check-in. Entrance to key code door is on the rear deck. Note that there are steps to get in and out of the cabin.

We are thrilled to host you, and will be available from 8am to 11pm to respond to messages. We live in the area and are responsive if any needs arise. If you have any questions at all, just reach out bt AirBnB messenger and we usually reply within a couple minutes, even late at night!

Located in a serene yet accessible part of Sevierville with easy roads even in winter, our neighborhood serves as the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure. Nestled close to the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains, it combines the tranquility of a residential area with proximity to some of the area’s top attractions.

Local Attractions:
Just a short drive away, you’ll find the bustling towns of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Renowned for their rich array of tourist attractions, these towns offer everything from theme parks like Dollywood to unique shopping experiences at The Island. Explore local craft stores, indulge in Southern cuisine at family-owned restaurants, and enjoy seasonal events that bring the community together.

Outdoor Activities:
For those drawn to the great outdoors, the proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a major perk. The park offers a variety of activities such as hiking, bird watching, and photography. You can take scenic drives through the park or challenge yourself on trails like the famous Alum Cave Trail to Mount LeConte.

We do have a security camera on the back deck that faces the parking area, and a Ring doorbell on the front door. These are for your safety and the security of the property.

From the parking area behind the cabin, there are stairs to the entrance off the back deck.
