Guests have full access to the 2-floor home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, and game area with pool & foosball tables. On-site parking included.

➤ Child and infant amenities are available and must requested at least 72 hours before arrival.

➤ A refundable $150 security deposit is required and will be collected securely via Stripe link or Airbnb's Resolution Center. This deposit covers any intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs. If everything looks good after your stay, you'll receive the full refund.

➤ A $25/hour fee will be applied for any late check-out or early check-in requests, but is subject for approval. Requesting a late check out means you agree that you will have to run a load of laundry. This is to help our cleaner finish the clean on time for the next turn over.
