Relax in a spacious bedroom featuring a plush queen bed, crisp linens, blackout curtains, and a large closet—designed for restful nights. For added flexibility, a rollaway bed and sofa bed are also available to comfortably accommodate additional guests.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is open concept and has a double bed that can sleep 2 people. Bedroom 2 has floor to ceiling windows. It’s an open concept condo and bedroom 2 does not have a door.

A convenient rollaway bed is also available—perfect for an additional guest.
Reminder: Use of the rollaway bed includes an additional $30 fee for cleaning and linens.

Cats are also welcome! A small additional cleaning fee applies to ensure the space is thoroughly refreshed for the next guests.

🗓️ Great for Longer Stays
Whether you're staying a week, a month, or an entire semester, you're more than welcome to settle in and make yourself at home.

➤ A refundable $150 security deposit is required and will be collected securely via Stripe link or Airbnb's Resolution Center. This deposit covers any intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs. If everything looks good after your stay, you'll receive the full refund.
➤ Rollaway bed is available for $30/night upon request. We must be notified at least 12 hours before check-in.
➤ Child and infant amenities are available and must requested at least 72 hours before arrival.
