"Rose" is a new two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in downtown Cedar Key. "Rose" is beautifully adorned with reclining Italian leather couches in the living room, a large kitchen with bar seating, two bedrooms each with king sized beds, an ensuite full bathroom, full hall bathroom, and laundry closet. "Rose" is named after a key woman in Cedar Key history, Rose Bell. Rose Bell advocated for her town of Cedar Key, writing to president Harrison in 1890 regarding the liberation from then tyrannical mayor "Billy" Cottrell.

"Kate" is a one bedroom and one bathroom unit fully equipped with a private bedroom with a queen sized bed, full bathroom with walk in shower, living room, kitchen, and laundry closet. This unit includes unique touches such as a chevron wood ceiling made from repurposed wood from the original floor in the downstairs Mercantile. "Kate" is named for Catherine Hobday, a strong woman figure in Cedar Key history. Catherine Hobday served as the first female lighthouse keeper at Seahorse Key Light Station from September 16, 1872 until November 30, 1879.

"Eliza" is gorgeous and fully equipped with the primary bedroom containing a king sized bed with luxury Leesa hybrid mattress. There is an adjacent full bathroom with a custom tiled walk in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen sized cabinet bed with premium mattress. The second bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a small, but beautiful walk in shower. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a dining table for two.

The apartments are on the 2nd level of the historical Lutterloh building which now houses Main Street Mercantile.
