About 12 minutes to Uptown / downtown Sedona.

The home is in close proximity to the popular Red Rock State Park, Crescent Moon Ranch, and Buddha Beach. Nearby hiking trails include Pyramid Mountain, Schuerman Mountain, Baldwin Trail, and Eagles Nest. Mountain bikers can quickly access Pyramid Mountain biking trail and the Oak Creek Homestead OHV trail in only .5 miles from the house.

Only about 15 minutes to top wineries in Cornville & Page Springs on the Verde Valley Wine Trail.

An easy drive to historic Jerome and Cottonwood.

There are local hikes right out the backyard with great views of Thunder Mountain and Cathedral Rock, plus you avoid much of the traffic common in Uptown Sedona.

This home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for respectful groups who value peace and relaxation.

Absolutely no parties or events.

Outdoor noise must be kept low, especially in the evenings.

A $500 fine will be assessed if the no-party rule is violated or if neighbors are disturbed.
