• Private 7.6-acre stocked pond with dock and pier — the fishing here is genuinely good. Guests regularly catch bluegill and bass right off the dock, often within minutes of dropping a line. No experience needed — kids especially love it. Kayak, canoe, pedal boat, jump off the dock, or swim when you're ready for a break. Fishing rods, tackle, and life jackets all provided. The pond has been surveyed with electrofishing — confirming a healthy, mature bass population.
• Miles of private trails through towering pines — perfect for hikes, wildlife watching, and wildflower walks. White-tailed deer, great blue herons, painted buntings, and fireflies are regular visitors. Detailed trail map and binoculars provided.

🚐 RV SUITE (Optional Add-On)
Our private RV suite sleeps 2 and includes a queen bed, hot water shower, toilet, kitchenette, sitting area, and AC — a fully self-contained retreat parked on the property. Available for an additional fee. Requires a separate Airbnb payment request. Please request at booking and we'll get you set up.

🛻 POLARIS RANGER EV (Optional Add-On)
One of our most popular add-ons — many guests say it completely changes their stay. Access to our electric side-by-side is available for an additional fee and requires a separate Airbnb payment request and a signed liability waiver. Please request at booking and we'll get you set up.

🎣 FISHING
The pond fishes well — guests regularly catch bluegill right off the dock with no experience needed, and bass are a reliable catch too. Rods, tackle, and life jackets are all provided. Fishing, swimming, and boat use are at your own risk and require appropriate supervision, particularly with children. To help maintain the pond's healthy ecosystem, guests may keep up to five bass per stay. No limit on bluegill.

🗺️ TRAILS
The trail system covers a large portion of the 300-acre property. A detailed map and clear trail markers are provided — we recommend taking the map with you so you can explore freely and find your way back without guesswork.

🛻 PERSONAL UTVs / ATVs (Guest-Owned)
You're welcome to bring your own UTV or ATV. The property has miles of private trails and roads well-suited for off-road riding. We just ask that guests ride respectfully — no tearing up the land or disturbing the natural areas — and all riders must sign a liability waiver before heading out. Mention it at booking and we'll get the waiver to you in advance.
