Electronic keypad entrance. Designated parking for 2-3 cars is behind the home, alley access. There is plenty of free street parking in the front.

Guests have access to everything in the home and on the property, excluding:

1) The keypad locked closet upstairs on the left in the hallway. That is reserved for our cleaners.

2) The detached 2-car garage is currently unavailable.

3) There is a detached shed near the garage that is locked and not for guest use.

We have team members who live 5 minutes away from this property, so do not hesitate to reach out if you need something during normal office hours 9am to 5pm. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Free parking is available out front along with rear alley parking near garage.

This home's commuting distance to the airport, downtown, restaurants, shopping, major landmarks and parks is between 5 to 25 minutes... sometimes even in rush hour traffic.

•Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
•The booking guest will be required to complete an e-signed renter agreement on behalf of all guests. This ensures all house rules are acknowledged prior to arrival.
•The booking guest will also need to complete a simple guest verification process through our third-party partner, Happy •Guest This includes a damage protection policy provided at no cost to the guest.
•Guests without reviews or groups of 8+ will have a refundable $250 deposit authorized and upon no damages, have it released 2 days after check-out. For groups less than 8, we will manually waive the deposit hold, so please be patient if you get a notice saying that it's being collected. You're welcome to message us to have it waived. That's not a problem!
