As you drive up to the property, you'll pass through a set of iron gates that are open year-round - because let's be real, who has time for gate maintenance when there's so much exploring to do? Once you've parked in your assigned spot, you'll find your entrance on the right side of the house, conveniently located just a few feet away. And if you're traveling with your furry friend, they'll be wagging their tail in delight at the sight of the gate that leads to your own private backyard.

Now, let's talk about technology - because who doesn't love a smart lock? No need to fumble around with keys or worry about losing them on your adventures. Simply use the smart lock to enter and leave whenever you please. And when you step inside, get ready to be wowed by the 75-inch smart TV in the living room. Rainy day? Late night? No problem - you've got entertainment covered.

This spacious guest suite is located at the perimeter of Seward Park and Rainier Valley called Hillman City. It's an urban neighborhood in a densely populated metropolitan section of Seattle.

The home is an easy, short commute to downtown (14 mins), the freeway (7 mins), and Lake Washington (2 mins). It is a short 5 min drive to farmer's market in Columbia City and local organic store. There are many great and delicious ethnic restaurants in our neighborhood. It is most accessible by driving, although it is near a bus route and link light rail (2 min walk and 15 min walk)

Public bus lines are also nearby and easily accessible as are bike paths and trails. While public transportation is easy in this neighborhood, we recommend using a car to get around. In general, for any dense metro neighborhoods, it is best to exercise standard caution such as avoid walking alone after dark.

Pets
We absolutely love furry friends and we know that they're a part of the family. However, we do reserve the right to decline on a case by case basis. We kindly request that you check with us prior to booking and let us . We ask they stay off the furniture and bedding, and that you scoop the poop—because no one likes surprises in the yard. All pets also need to be house trained.

Noise
As much as we love to groove, we do want to let you know that there are people living above you and there may footstep noise. Our home is perfect for those who don't mind a little cha-cha-cha from above, but may not be the best fit for light sleepers. Just think of this unit as a bottom floor apartment and you'll be good to go!

SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS
We want to ensure that our home is safe and secure, so we do have surveillance cameras monitoring the exterior perimeter of the house around the clock. Don't worry though, we won't be using them to spy on you, we just want to make sure that our home and guests are safe and secure.
