The house has hardwood in all common areas and first floor bedroom. Upstairs bedrooms have new carpet. This Interior designed house has custom finishes, high end furniture and designer lighting.

The house is located on a canal with great fishing and access to the Santa Rosa Sound. Bring your boat and jet skis! The boat launch is less than two miles away and you can dock your boat/jet skis at the house dock! There is a quiet subdivision pool directly across the street. You also have private access to the neighborhood fishing dock and state owned beaches along the sound. The beach is a short 300 yards away.

Navarre Beach is on a barrier island and is 'Florida's Best Kept Secret'. Voted one of 'Florida's Top White Sand Beaches' by Conde Nast Traveler.
Navarre Beach is also home to the longest fishing pier on the Gulf (a bike ride or less than 2 mile car trip) and has great snorkeling and scuba diving.
