The ground floor of a two-storey holiday house is available for rent. The property features a lush, green garden, ideal for children, as well as a large BBQ area, perfect for enjoying grilled meals outdoors.
The house includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and two sofa beds in the living area, comfortably accommodating additional guests. There is also a WC, and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.
Guests can enjoy swimming at Coco Beach Bar, the nearby Porto Molo Beach with its well-known beach bar, as well as the free, unorganized beaches in the surrounding area.
At Porto Molo Beach, visitors will also find the beach bar and the traditional fish tavern “Allou Gialou”.
At Myrodato Beach, the popular “Giabanaki” and “Ammos” beach bars are located, along with the well-known fish taverns “Gorgona” and “Avli”.
The Archaeological Site of Abdera and the Port of Abdera are just 2 km away, while the beautiful village of Abdera, offering tavernas, pizzerias, and local shops, is located 5 km from the property.
The neighborhood consists mainly of holiday homes, and the residents are quiet and welcoming, creating a relaxing environment for your stay.
During the summer months, there is regular public transportation throughout the day connecting the area with the city of Xanthi (30 km away).
