This is a small house with two rental units. You will be renting one side of the house and have complete privacy.

1. No parties or events. 2. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. 3. No pets unless we have given specific permission. 4. This space is not designed for children. 5. No unregistered guests and no more than 4 people in total at any time. 6. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 7. Please take care of the furnishings. You will be charged for any damages. 8. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am strictly enforced. There are other guests on the property. 9. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 10. Payment Policy

We collect the payment in full with a rental agreement when booking vie Venmo, PayPal or Zelle

Refundable Damage Deposit

We collect the deposit when we collect the entire payment and if there are no issues we refund it within a week of checkout.

We allow a full refund if canceled within 30 days of booking.
