Back by popular demand!!! Isla View is taking Spring and Summer 2026 reservations! Peaceful townhome by Island Greenway.

King/Queen/Full/Full/PackNPlay, porch, balcony and fully equipped kitchen. Game room, kid-friendly, outdoor closet with beach gear. Bike or walk greenway path to AWESOME playground/skate park/brewery. Comfortable stroll/not quite a 2 min. drive to Spartanburg beach access (5 blocks). Great for bike/golf cart rentals!

Sleeps 8 adults comfortably.

The space
The home is located at the end of QUIET Greenville Avenue where it meets the impressive Island Greenway System. Take a right out of the driveway and walk about 5 minutes to get to Mike Chappel park offering pickleball, children's playground, skatepark, dog park, tennis courts, basketball courts, and more!

Fully equipped kitchen! Ground coffee and raw sugar.

Guests have entire townhome, porch, balcony and dedicated carport/side yard to play.

When you arrive, each bed will have a set of folded, freshly laundered sheets and (1) towel/washcloth per person. There are 2 full bathrooms, each stocked with the essentials: soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Laundry room has powdered detergent, iron, ironing board. Baby shampoo, wash, bubble bath and bath mat in upstairs bathroom.

There is a smart TV in the LR, Queen Room, Game Room and Primary bedroom. Smart/App-based streaming TV to make logging in easy.

We will give you enough of the following to start your stay, please keep this in mind and plan accordingly: (2) rolls toilet paper per bathroom, (1) roll of paper towels, (2) trash bags, (2) dishwasher pods. We replenish dish and hand soap upon each turnover as well.

We provide a pack-n-play and highchair, white noise machines in all bedrooms, aloe gel for those super sunny days, bedside USB/outlet chargers and games! Please return pack n play and highchair to closet before departure. We do not provide crib sheets.

***Parking in (2) carports only under the home. Please do not park in the gravel area. This applies to cars and golf carts.

***Townhome with shared walls so we ask you please consider this when booking as it is a quiet residential pocket. Please keep this in mind when booking and if you need extra space to run, jump, flip, roughhouse etc. please consider a detached, single family home. We are always happy to help you find alternative options if the townhome setup is not ideal for your group.

Guest access
Please park cars in the (2) carport spots under the unit. Depending on the vehicle, you may be able to get 2 cars in one spot by parking one in front of the other (first car pulling way forward). Please do not park in gravel, in the shared driveway or on street as the HOA will be notified. Those who do will be towed at their expense :(
