Saturday and Sunday check-ins and check-outs during the summer season are very busy with traffic being backed up entering and exiting Ocean City.

This beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2 Bath condo is in a high-rise oceanfront building on the 9th floor. This side unit offers both Ocean and Bay Views. The building has HEATED in-door and HEATED outdoor pools, saunas in both the women's and men's 2nd floor restrooms, tennis court, arcade game room and ping pong table.

PARKING:

POOL: The Heated indoor pool is open year-round unless maintenance is being performed. The HEATED outdoor pool is open Memorial Day thru October 1st. It may be opened sooner and stay open later depending upon the discretion of building management.

There may be times where building maintenance is performed which can be unexpected. We appreciate your understanding should a maintenance call be necessary during your stay.

CANCELLATIONS: RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH VRBO WILL INCUR A 4% CANCELLATION FEE. THIS FEE IS CHARGED BY THE PAYMENT PROCESSING COMPANY. THE HOST HAS NO CONTROL OVER THIS FEE.
