Our private home is in a quiet neighborhood, on 1 acre. When the spectacular sunsets, enjoy a cocktail and a game of pool in the bar. You can get away from the hustle of town, but a short drive to lots of tourist activities. We are 30 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to Walmart, and other shopping stores. Old San Juan is about an hour(depending on traffic). Beaches are 20-35 minutes. Natural swimming holes and waterfalls in El Yunque.

This large home has two large bedrooms, a full kitchen. (We do have an apartment attached to the home that will accommodate more guests if you want to rent that also.)

Included are Roku TVs in all bedrooms. Plunge pool, Pool Table, Darts, evening dance lighting in the Bar, covered outdoor eating area, gas stoves, BBQ, and breathtaking views from the deck!

This home is outfitted with an automatic genset and a water system that provides plenty of water. However, conservation is encouraged to avoid issues, as it is an island!
