The Villa
This large home features two bedrooms in the main house, along with a full kitchen. A separate, attached casita includes its own kitchen and an additional bedroom with a full bed and a bunk bed, making the entire property perfect for families or groups. The home is equipped with Roku TVs in all bedrooms, a plunge pool, and a bar area with a pool table and darts for evening entertainment.
The villa is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring an automatic backup generator and a water storage system to ensure a seamless stay.
Amenities & Activities
The property offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck, relax in a hammock, or take a refreshing dip in the plunge pool. In the evening, enjoy a game of pool in the bar and watch the sunset from the patio. The decks, patios, and outdoor eating area provide plenty of space to relax and soak in the magnificent views. The property also has a variety of seasonal fruit trees, including soursop, bananas, guava, star fruit, and coconut, which guests are welcome to enjoy.
While you'll feel completely secluded, you're only a short drive from a variety of activities:
• Beaches: Luquillo beach and other spectacular beaches are 25-30 minutes away.
• Shopping: Walmart and other stores are a convenient 15-minute drive.
• Old San Juan: Explore the historic charm of the city, approximately one hour away (depending on traffic).
A car is essential for getting around, as there is no bus system in the area. We are 35 minutes from the airport and recommend stopping for groceries on your way to the property.
