This is a two-story home. All bedrooms are located upstairs, and guests must be comfortable using stairs.

🚗 Parking
Parking is available on-site. Please confirm vehicle size and quantity before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

👥 Occupancy
The home is designed for families, couples, and small groups. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests.

🌙 Quiet Hours
To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

🚫 No Parties or Events
This is a peaceful vacation home. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or anywhere on the property. A $200 fee applies for violations.

🐾 Pet Policy
We welcome up to 2 dogs (50 lbs max, no cats).

• $25 per pet, per day
• Pets must be cleaned up after indoors and outdoors
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or linens
• Additional cleaning fees apply for violations or excessive pet hair
• Bringing more than 2 dogs may result in additional charges

A pet bed is available, but guests should bring their own pet blanket for comfort.

🧼 Cleanliness & Care
We ask guests to treat the home with care and leave it in good condition. A cleaning fee helps maintain high standards between each stay.
