Boho chic best describes this charming vacation rental. Relax by the heated pool or curl up with a book in the wicker pod chair. You'll be able to come away refreshed. Our one-level 2-bedroom, 2-bath home with attached Guest House offering an added bedroom and bath gives multi-generational families and couples separate sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and efficiently laid out. Eat in or out on the screened lanai where two ceiling fans and sun shades keep you comfortable. And you're just a short drive to a variety of beaches, golf courses and other recreation. If traveling with a baby, a pack n play with bedding is available.

Life is busy--even when retired. That's why getting away from our Wisconsin home every so often is a fun adventure. We usually enjoy our Florida home and have been happy to share it with other travelers the last few years through a different vacation site. After recovering from Hurricane Ian, we decided to list with Houfy which is a no-fee site benefiting both host and guest. We hope you choose our home for your next stay in Port Charlotte.

Close to a nature park with over a mile of trails, 10 fitness stations and an abundance of wildlife.

Getting around

Punta Gorda Airport is served by Allegiant and Sun Country airlines (12 miles), Fort Myers International Airport (49 miles) This quiet neighborhood is easy distance from a wide variety of stores, restaurants and activities. We'd be happy to provide you with more information. Charlotte County's website is a good resource. Nearby Punta Gorda offers exceptional restaurants and a 2.5 mile walk along Charlotte Harbor. You might even catch one of the colorful sunsets.

Check In: 4PM - 10PM

You will receive check-in information two days prior to the day of your stay. This information will give you directions and an access code to enter the front door. Please let me know if you would like a personal check in.

House Rules

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- $200 fine charged for No Pets/No Smoking/No Parties violations
- Extra charge of $40 p/hour for additional cleaning
- Babies MUST wear swim pants/swim diapers in pool
- Pool area must be free of beach gear, sand, ocean contamination (rinse suits and towels) to keep pool free from sand and algae
- 6 person maximum on the premise. Thank you.

Payment Policy

Transactions via Square
75% at time of booking, remaining amount 30 days prior to check in

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit will be refunded within 2 days after check out by whatever means payment was made provided there is no damage, missing items or additional amount of cleaning time. If reservation is canceled, full security deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

- Partial Refund: Get back 50% of every night but the first one. No refund of the first night. Security deposit and cleaning fee refunded.
- No Refund: Within 7 nights of check in. Security deposit and cleaning fee refunded.
