NOTE: This property sleeps 7 guests in 4 beds. The twin trundle is located under the king bed in bedroom 3.

Guests will have access to the private use of the house. There is a locked owner’s storage closet in the front (smaller) bedroom.

We’re always a message away and respond quickly. If needed, we are also local. We ask all communication be kept on the platform.

The Mountain Club is surrounded by stunning landscapes, including towering pines, mountains, and scenic trails. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere.

Easy access to hiking, biking, and outdoor recreation, guests can explore the numerous trails and parks nearby. The area is perfect for those who love nature and staying active.

Prescott is known for its charming downtown area with shops, restaurants, and historical sites.

Depending on the time of year, guests can enjoy various seasonal views, such as wildflower blooms in spring, fall foliage, or snow.

“Our Little Prescott Secret” is conveniently located near Prescott Downtown. Walking, driving around, and ride-sharing services will get you anywhere you want to go.

Our cabin has room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note, the entrance to the driveway is shared so we ask that guests do not block our neighbors driveways. Park on the concrete roundabout or in front of the garage only.

CAMERAS: There are three cameras on the property.
(1) One that views the front porch
(2) One that views the backyard door
(3) One that views the front patio
**These are only monitored when needed.

PETS: Dogs are welcome! Our yard is fully fenced, making it a safe space for your furry friends to roam. Responsible pet owners will appreciate the large dog kennel, poop bags, scooper, dog door, and bowls we provide. For their safety, please kennel pets if they are left alone in the cabin. We ask guests to pick up after their pets during their stay. To keep our furniture in great condition, pets should stay off the furniture. However, we do provide covers for the couch and chairs to help avoid any damage. Please note, the damage protection plan does not cover pet-related damage.

BEDROOM: The 3rd bedroom (with the twin trundle) has frosted skylights and ceiling high windows that view the trees. For this reason, this room can be bright despite shades on the other windows.

PROPANE: We attempt to ensure propane in the firepit, but it is not guaranteed.

PEST HAPPEN: Given our wooded location, our property is prone to all types of wildlife, including spiders, mice, etc. We attempt to keep all critters outside and do employ pest services but cannot guarantee you will not experience any pest encounters.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons.

PROTECTION PLAN: A $35 management fee is added to each booking. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $1,000. We are on septic and the protection plan does not cover septic damage.
