We collect a refundable $2,000.00 deposit after booking. It will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, pending any damages or utility overages that the owner discovers during during his inspection walk-through. It's recommended that you coordinate the check-out time with us, so the owner can be present and do the walk-through with you. Thank you for your cooperation in advance!
