Electronic keypad entrance. Designated parking for 2-3 cars is behind the home, alley access. There is plenty of free street parking in the front.
Guests have access to everything in the home and on the property, excluding:
1) The keypad locked closet upstairs on the left in the hallway. That is reserved for our cleaners.
2) The detached 2-car garage is currently unavailable.
3) There is a detached shed near the garage that is locked and not for guest use.
We have team members who live 5 minutes away from this property, so do not hesitate to reach out if you need something during normal office hours 9am to 5pm. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Rainier Beach / southeast Seattle — largely residential and culturally diverse with local shops and restaurants along Rainier Avenue S. The area feels quieter and more residential than central Seattle but provides convenient green space and neighborhood services.
Free parking is available out front along with rear alley parking near garage.
This home's commuting distance to the airport, downtown, restaurants, shopping, major landmarks and parks is between 5 to 25 minutes... sometimes even in rush hour traffic.
Our home is a well-maintained, family-owned property with character, charm, and a lived-in feel. While it may not have the finishes of a newly built home, it offers a comfortable and welcoming space that many guests have enjoyed over the years. We encourage guests to review all photos and listing details to ensure the home is a good fit for their expectations.

•A $250 refundable security deposit authorization may be placed before check-in and will be released within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules.
