The Ozark Mountain Lakehouse is a spacious, two-story retreat designed for families and groups who want comfort, views, and room to spread out. With two living areas, two fireplaces, and large decks overlooking the lake, this home is ideal for gathering together—or relaxing apart.

Main Level
The main level features an open-concept living and dining area with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and seating for group meals. Two bedrooms are located on this level, each with its own full bathroom. Step outside to the upper deck with lake views and outdoor dining—perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners.

Lower Level
Downstairs you’ll find a second living room with fireplace, a ping-pong table, and an Xbox for recreation and game nights. This level includes an openly connected room with two additional bedrooms and a separate full bath, plus an extra queen bed in a common area—great for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements. The lower deck offers more lake views and outdoor seating.

Entertainment & Comfort
The home includes three TVs with streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+), fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace for remote work or school.

Outdoor Living
Swim, fish, or kayak from your private dock on Lake Avalon—kayaks and basic fishing gear are provided for guest use. The dock is accessed via a long, steep wooden staircase through the backyard, surrounded by trees and lake breezes.

Guests enjoy full access to the home, garage, decks, and private dock. Down at the dock you’ll find kayaks, fishing gear, a mini-fridge, and other lake essentials. Outdoor lovers will appreciate that the Little Sugar Trail system is just down the street—great for mountain biking, hiking, and exploring nature. And coming soon: Bella Vista is developing the OZ Trails Bike Park, which will include a chairlift-served downhill cycling facility with over 20 miles of gravity trails, integrating with the local trail networks.

Lake Avalon is a beautiful, quiet lake perfect for kayaking, fishing and swimming. The new Beach at Lake Avalon has opened at the west end of the lake.

The new 11 Under Trail System is accessible just down the street and goes around the Lake Avalon Beach. It connects to all Bella Vista trails and continues to the Razorback Greenway.

Located minutes from I-49, check out all the Northwest Arkansas has to offer from MTB trails (go to oztrailsnwa) to playing golf at one of 7 courses in Bella Vista, world class Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the brand new Momentary Contemporary Art Museum.
