1 bedroom with queen size bed, roku TV with cable and streaming services. Living room kitchen combo. Pull out sofa bed. Microwave, kurig coffee maker and coffee, oven, stove. Full bathroom. Unit is cozy. Please no more than 2 adults.

Full access to the unit. Shared access to the laundry room.

You have parking for 1 car. There’s paid parking lots all around. Like most beach communities, It’s easier to walk in OOB than drive.
There’s several trolleys, one right in front of the building and another across the street. It’s fun to explore the area from the trolleys.

Absolutely no smoking within the building or unit. Thank you for your understanding.
Unit is on the 3rd floor.
We have an active railway in OOB. Depending on who the train conductor is, you may experience their twisted sense of humor 🤷‍♀️.
If you don’t feel like going out, we have great people watching from the living room window.
