COME AND STAY AT the LivingHealthyWithChocolate's GUEST HOUSE!

The LivingHealthyWithChocolate's GUEST HOUSE is a cozy one bedroom cottage separate from the main house with its own private entrance.

Located in Waialua, a neighborhood just a few minutes (by car or bike) from the beautiful ocean and sandy beaches. The home is a short 5 minute drive to Historic Haleiwa town, restaurants and shops, or about 10 min by bike. Close to many attractions, supermarkets, Dole Plantation, jogging-bike trail, and many surfing, snorkeling and kitesurfing locations. The north shore's world-class beaches such as Waimea Bay, Pipeline and Sunset Beach are about 8 to 10 miles up the coast.

This cottage is NEW contruction! It's very cozy, about 400 sq ft. with high ceilings, air conditioning, full bath, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, and outdoor shower. Outdoor patio adds an additional 160 sq.ft. of living space, furnished with a gas BBQ grill, lounge chair, dining table, and umbrella for shade. The outdoor shower is tiled with Travertine stone and hot water is included for your comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, large toaster oven, full refrigerator, 4-burner cooktop, coffee maker, and cookware & utensils.

The property is private and completely fenced in, secured with a coded gate, and free parking is available on the street. The space is perfect for couples, solo adventurers or friends. My husband and I, and our 2 (very) friendly dogs (Labrador pups) and a cat, live on the property.

- You will have the entire cottage to yourself and there is a shared large backyard with Mango tree.
- Guests have access to outdoor shower that is also shared with us.
- Storage for any sporting equipment you may travel with is available.
- Beach Cruiser Bikes and surfboards available.
- Bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, coffee and tea are complimentary.
- No laundry available. There's a coin laundry mat just around the corner called "Waialua Wash N Go".
- Please note that there's no TV in the cottage. WiFi is available.

*I want to stress that it's important to remove your shoes before entering the house and wash sand off with hose in backyard after coming from the beach. Hawaii has many bugs, so it's also very important to keep the screen doors closed at all times and take the trash out daily.
*We have 2 friendly outdoor dogs (Labradors) and one cat on the property.
*No Smoking inside the house.
*Plenty of Free Parking.
*Wi-fi included.
*No breakfast included.
*No laundry available. There's a coin laundry mat just around the corner called "Waialua Wash N Go".
*Please do not take bath towels to the beach; beach towels are available.
*This is the "country," and you'll often hear birds and chickens singing in the distance.
