The ground floor, about 30 m² in size, consists of a living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining table for six people. On the first floor is the first bedroom with balcony and window, double bed, wardrobe and a TV. Next to it is the bathroom/WC with a shower and washbasin. On the second level is the second bedroom with a wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers and a very large balcony with a sea view and a view of the mountain landscape. On the third level is the third bedroom with balcony and window, double bed, wardrobe and TV. Next to it is the second bathroom/WC with a shower and washbasin. The three bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.detached single house in rural surroundings, on the way to Aghios Nikoloaos, with views to the sea as well as to Mount Athos
To avoid the intrusion of mosquitoes, bugs and flies, all window and door fly nets should always be kept closed. Please throw the toilet paper in the appropriate basket to prevent the toilet from clogging. There are also organic waste bins in the grounds next to the house. The tap water in the region is not suitable for drinking, but is occasionally used as drinking water. A herb and vegetable garden is available if required.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and six garden loungers. The property is fenced and therefore also ideal for children and dogs. Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a gravel path of approx. 10 metres. This access road is also used by the owner, who lives on the neighbouring property. The fencing surrounds this holiday home together with the landlady's neighbouring property as one unit. As the landlady also has two small dogs, only small dogs are allowed. There are many free-roaming cats in the neighbourhood. Free internet is available. There are also two travel cots for small children in the holiday home. The house is therefore suitable for six adults and two children up to the age of 4.
The house is located 1 km from Liowrohio beach (Trani Amouda), 3 minutes away by car. There are other beaches nearby. 1 km from the house is the small harbour Ormos Panagias, where you can make beautiful day trips to Mount Athos. There are also shops, fish markets, restaurants, bars and tavernas in the village. There are several boat hire companies in the immediate vicinity.
On request, the landlady offers a free change of bed linen after a five-day stay. Furthermore, the landlady offers babysitting and she would also cook for you, both for a fee and by individual arrangement.
