Canyon Lake Forest is a peaceful lakeside community located on the southern shore of Canyon Lake, just minutes from Comal Park and boat ramps. It’s known for its quiet streets, wildlife sightings (including deer roaming the neighborhood), and friendly, laid-back vibe. Guests love the easy access to the lake, nature trails, fishing spots, and hilltop views. You’re also just a short drive from local restaurants, Whitewater Amphitheater, tubing on the Guadalupe River, and grocery stores in Startzville.

Guests can easily drive around the area, and parking is free in the driveway. Boat parking is allowed. Comal Park is less than half a mile away, and several public boat ramps are nearby, ranging from 5 to 20 minutes by car. Local restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores are all within a short drive. A car is recommended, as there is no public transportation nearby.

MID-STAY CLEANINGs: Required every 14 days at the expense of the renter (maximum $200 charge - billed at cost)

🚭 No smoking or vaping indoors. A $250 fine applies. Please smoke at least 10 feet from the home.
🔊 Keep noise below 75 dB indoors and 80 dB outdoors. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM (under 70 dB).
