Naya Community Rules

Visitors:
Only registered guests are allowed. Outside visitors or private gatherings are not permitted without prior authorization from the concierge.

Common Areas:
Private events in shared areas are not allowed unless previously authorized.

Pool Hours:
8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Pool Use:
Only registered guests may use the pool and its facilities. There is no lifeguard on duty—diving, rough play, or loud behavior is prohibited.

Attire:
Proper swimwear is required. Cotton clothing is not allowed in the pool. Young children must wear swim diapers.

Safety:
Glass, bottles, or sharp objects are not allowed in or near the pool. Food and drinks are not permitted within 2.5 meters (8 feet) of the pool.

Children:
Must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Staff:
Service staff or nannies are not allowed to use the pool.

Personal Belongings:
Reserving lounge chairs for more than 30 minutes without use is not allowed.

Music:
Only personal-use music is allowed. Speakers or high-volume devices are not permitted.

Cleanliness:
Please cover lounge chairs when using oils or sunscreen and keep the area clean.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Other:
Bicycles, roller skates, and skateboards are not allowed around the pool area.
