Unwind after your outdoor adventures with the convenience of a new full-size washer and dryer tucked away in a laundry cubby, ideal for refreshing your attire after a day on the trails. Then, prepare your culinary delights in the open and airy kitchen, complete with new high-end stainless appliances, ice maker, dishwasher, full-sized glass-top oven, and over-the-range microwave. Delight in a morning brew from the Keurig coffee machine or regular brew & grinder (bring your preferred: Keurig pods, beans, or pre-ground), while basking in the glow of the morning sun at our generous island prep station and breakfast bar. FROM SEATTLE (WA): Take Interstate-5 (North) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway I-542). Turn right at the end of the off ramp, and proceed (East) directly to our offices in the town of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time 2-hours.

FROM VANCOUVER, B.C (Canada): Take Highway 99 (South) to the Peace Arch Crossing at the Canada / USA border exchange, then take Interstate-5 (South) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway I-542). Turn left at the end of the off ramp, and proceed (East) directly to our offices in the town of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time 1.5-hours.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information. WHERE YOU CHECK IN: Mt. Baker Lodging Office 7425 Mt. Baker Highway Maple Falls, WA 98266-2002 Hours: 9AM - 5PM PST DAILY, except holidays Please Note: For after hour check-ins, the Guest’s reservation packet will include information on how to access a lock box for keys and directions.

House Rules

1: Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time.
2: Quite times are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
3: Housekeeping/maid services are not available during your stay.
4: Upon departure we require Guests to start the dishwasher.
5: Early check-in is not allowed
6: All properties are non-smoking

Refundable Damage Deposit

A Damage Deposit is not required; however, damages will be charged to the Guests credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*.

*Unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.

Winter Holiday Bookings and Cancellations – All bookings for the period of December 15 – January 2 require payment in full by December 1st. If cancelled on or prior to November 15th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater). From November 16th through November 30th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be forfeited unless the home(s) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply. On or after December 1st, guests will forfeit the entire rental amount unless the home(s) can be re-booked, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.
