Your perfect couples retreat just 10 minutes from Helen, Unicoi State Park, and countless activities!

The Sautee Sanctuary is located on a safe, quiet mountain road atop a peaceful ridge, offering privacy and stunning natural surroundings. Inside, you'll find an open-concept space with a full kitchen, cozy living area, and a spacious bathroom featuring a relaxing jet tub and separate shower. The bedroom has a plush king bed with forest views. There is an additional fold out, twin size lounge chair available for a third guest to sleep. Enjoy both front and back porches—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the mountains.

As a guest, you will have full access to the entire property with plenty of privacy. The only thing we ask is that you please do not use the fireplace as it is sealed for insurance purposes.
