You will be greeted with a cozy open concept dining room and living room space. The kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. In the kitchen you will find plenty of items such as an air fryer, toaster oven, 4 slice toaster, rice cooker, drip coffee maker, Keurig, French Press. We supply plenty of pots and pans along with plates, cups, coffee mugs, silverware and cooking utensils.

The living room has a sectional and leather recliner so you can enjoy the entertainment of your choice on the 55 inch smart Roku TV

The dining room has a rustic wood table with benches and two end chairs to enjoy your meals.

On the main deck you will find another dining table with 4 chairs. Also two rocking chairs to enjoy the views.

Down stairs there is a pool table with a bar area with a small fridge. Outside you will find another deck with seating and the hot tub.

Master Bedroom:

The master bedroom is located on the top floor with a king size comfortable memory foam bed. The master bedroom has its own private deck overlooking some stunning long range mountain views. This room has a 55 inch flat screen smart Roku TV to watch your favorite entertainment.

There is a small loft located just outside the master bedroom. This area has a twin daybed which has a twin bed trundle underneath as well.


Bedrooms:

There is a bedroom located on the main level and downstairs. The main level bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen size bed . A private door will lead you to the outside deck where you can enjoy the stunning long range mountain views. The down stairs bedroom has two memory foam full size beds and a two twin mattress bunk bed. Both bedrooms have 50 inch flat screen smart Roku TVs.

Bathrooms:

All the bathrooms are updated. You will find one in the master bedroom, main level and downstairs. The downstairs bathroom is connected to the downstairs bedroom and has the laundry area where the washer and dryer are located.

Parking:
There is plenty of parking available. You are welcome to bring your small boat or small RV.

Downtown Blue Ridge 6.2 Miles approximately 12 minutes drive time.

Walmart Super Center: 97 Commerce Dr, Blue Ridge, GA 30513, 6.7 Miles approximately 14 minute drive time.

Ingles Markets 5679 Appalachian Hwy, Blue Ridge, Ga 30513, 6.4 Miles approximately 12 minutes drive time.

Mercier Orchards: 8660 Blue Ridge Dr, Blue Ridge, Ga 30513, 5.8 Miles approximately a 13 minute drive time.

Toccoa River: 1.2 miles away approximately 4 minutes drive time.

There is an outside fire pit area with seating (we do not supply fire wood). There is firewood for purchase during your drive to and from the cabin. The cabin is equipped with interior gas fire places. At this time, this will be shut off during late spring and summer. They will be turned on during fall and winter.

There is a propane grill on the main level deck. Please use responsibly.

We supply paper towels, toilet paper, linens, hand towel, bath towels, hand and dishwashing soap. At this time we do not supply any condiments, coffee, toiletries such as shampoo or body soap. Please plan accordingly. There are several grocery stores to choose from within a short drive.

Remember that you are out in the woods and will encounter wild life and bugs. We do our best to treat for pest. During spring and summer you will encounter carpenter bees which are large bees however, they do not sting. Other insects also might be seen during your stay. Also remember that there might be hunting that may occur in the area. It is possible you may hear gun fire during your stay. The cabin is located in a safe community. There is no hunting allowed on the property or in the community. However we cannot control what others do on their land nearby.
