All living spaces, including the bedroom, office, kitchen, and family room, are conveniently located on the ground floor.

Parking:

Two driveway spaces and one on-street parking spot are available for your convenience.

-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

Other Details to Note:

☀️ There is not an actual mattress, this just expands the couch into a full size
sleeping bed/ area by adding an extra couch cushion. We provide bedding for this as well.

☀️ The outdoor patios and hot tub are shared spaces, similar to a hotel setting.

☀️ The thermostat for the entire house is located in the other unit. There is a set minimum and maximum temperature range to ensure your comfort. If you need any adjustments, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

☀️ Security cameras are installed on the outside premises, including the driveway and outdoor backyard area, for your safety and security.
