The municipality is surrounded by olives, vineyards and fields and is one of the most beautiful places with the best connection to the sea. Kaštelir - Labinci, offers numerous opportunities for an active holiday. Ideal for beautiful cycling and hiking tours. Several marked cycle paths lead through Kaštelir and Labinci. North of Kaštelir in the direction of Mirna is a well-known paragliding slope. Near Kaštelir, in the direction of Vižinada, the Parenzana railway once ran, connecting Poreć with Trieste at the beginning of the 20th century. Today it no longer exists, but the track is a beautiful cycling and hiking trail with bridges and tunnels. You can be everywhere in no time for excursions. Poreć can be reached in 12 minutes (approx. 10 km) by car. In Poreć everything is available, Lidl, drugstore, clothing, bicycle and supermarkets.

There is everything you need for everyday life, you will find everything within a radius of approx. 800 m from the accommodation wine tasting, a goods shop, a small supermarket with butcher's shop, close to the villa, a bakery, wine and vegetable shop 7m away, in the 3 well-kept restaurants guests can sit down and enjoy the regional cuisine, ATM, coffee bars, post office, pharmacy and an infirmary with general practitioner and dentist, charging station for e-cars and e-bikes in the immediate vicinity.

Villa Relax is a newly renovated holiday home with whirlpool and sauna. The house is located in the centre of Kaštelir. This beautiful holiday home is perfect for up to four people.
The property has two air-conditioned bedrooms on the 1st floor with 2 double beds, each room is equipped with a TV, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, towel dryer, hair dryer, washing machine, hand and bath towels included, a cosy fully air-conditioned living and dining area equipped with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils, cleaning products included, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 4-burner ceramic hob.
A cosy terrace with dining table, awning, two sun loungers with parasol, water connection and power connection for charging e-bikes are available, Internet (wireless LAN, free of charge)
The Villa Relax also offers a wellness area (sauna and whirlpool) where our guests can relax after a strenuous hike or bike tour. A baby cot is available on request.
