Beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse which comes with a spacious rooftop. The property has just been renovated with stylish local decorations which should make you feel very homy.

We provide a desk and fast internet which makes this place ideal for remote workers. We also just equipped the property with brand new ACs for extra comfort.

The residence is called Margaritas and it is located right in the center of Playa. Margaritas offers a beautiful pool, a free parking space and night time security.

- LIVING ROOM: spacious living room with a large sofa and a SMART TV. The living space is completely opened and has a direct access to a private patio equipped with a dining table. The space is perfect to hang out and relax.

- KITCHEN: fully equipped kitchen with all the electrical appliances you may need such as coffee maker, blender, toaster, and water boiler. You'll also find a gas cooking stove and oven.

- MASTER BEDROOM: the master bedroom is huge and equipped with a comfortable king size bed, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. There is plenty of storage space to keep your personal items organized.

- SECOND BEDROOM: the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, a dedicated workspace which is perfect for remote workers needing a quiet space, and you also have a private bathroom directly attached.

- PRIVATE ROOFTOP: the highlight of this fantastic property is the huge private rooftop you will have access to. From there you can take some sun and relax in the comfort of your own home.

- LAUNDRY ROOM: next to the kitchen you will find a laundry room with a washer and a dryer which you can use as convenient during your stay, completely free of charge of course.

- SWIMMING POOL: the residence Margaritas has a beautiful and sunny swimming pool where you can swim and hang out during the day. There are plenty of sundecks which our guests can use as convenient.

Guests have access to the entire apartment which is rented as an entire space, independent and totally private. In total our guests will have access to the following spaces:

- Spacious living room with SMART TV and super comfortable sofa which easily sits 4 people
- Kitchen freshly redone and modern with all electrical appliances
- Coffee machine, blender, toaster, microwave, drinking water dispenser
- Private patio in front of the kitchen with dining table
- Private rooftop with sunbeds and dining table + outside shower
- Master bedroom with its own private bathroom
- Guest bedroom with its own private bathroom
- Laundry room with washer and dryer available inside the apartment

In the residence our guests can also enjoy a beautiful swimming pool with sundecks to relax and enjoy from 8AM to 10PM.

A free dedicated parking space is available just outside the residence. This is perfect if you plan to visit Playa with a car and need a parking space during your stay.

Available for any comments or questions via Airbnb chat from 8am to 8pm and outside those hours for emergencies. All messages sent on the chat will always be attended as soon as possible. You will also have a dedicated phone number to call for emergencies if required.

The condominium is called Margaritas and it is located in a fantastic spot of Playa Del Carmen. You will be close enough to the beach, La Quinta and other more local spots. 2 minutes away, there is a large supermarket called called Mega which is great for groceries shopping. Very close to the condo you will also find one of the most favorite breakfast place for people living in Playa called Choux Choux.

The area of Margaritas is great as it is safe and very central. From here you can walk everywhere and fully immerse in the Playa vibe. If you plan to rent a car, there will be a parking space available for you during your stay. The location of this apartment is going to make your stay extremely peaceful and enjoyable - no need to grab taxis to move around from here.

PARKING - Our guests have access to 1 secured parking space during their stay. The parking space is reserved and free for our guests. If you need more spaces, street parking is also available in front of the residence.

BICYCLES - There is an area to keep bicycles safely inside the residence. We do not provide bicycles but we can provide recommendations of places where to rent. Biking around Playa is a great way to discover the area!

WALKING - Within walking distance of the residence, you will find many of the highlights Playa has to offer. La Quinta is just a couple of minutes walk and the beach around 5 minutes.
