ENJOYABLE AMENITIES:

SWIMMING POOL: Make use of the residence's swimming pool, a perfect spot to relax and cool off during your stay. You will also find a few sun loungers and chairs which you can use as convenient during your stay. The pool is opened during day hours from 8am to 10pm.

FREE PARKING: Enjoy the convenience of complimentary parking space during your stay in Habita Condo, ensuring the safety and security of your vehicle. The space is not covered but located right outside of the condo and marked with your apartment number.

Available for any comments or questions via Airbnb chat from 8am to 8pm and outside those hours for emergencies. All messages sent on the chat will always be attended as soon as possible. You will also have a dedicated phone number to call for emergencies if required.

NEIGHBORHOOD - The residence Habita Condos is located within walking distance of some of the best spots of Playa and the neighborhood is a key highlight of this property. Our guests usually love the more local and relaxed vibe whilst feeling completely safe.

BARS & RESTAURANTS - On Calle 30 which is about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, you will find very cool bars and restaurants like Papa Charly which is a top spot for locals in Playa.

GROCERIES - Within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment you will find two of the main supermarkets in Playa Del Carmen called Soriana and AKI. There you will find everything you need from groceries to home items.

WALK - Within walking distance of the residence, you will find many of the highlights Playa has to offer. The beach is within 7 minutes walk at max, and La Quinta is just about 5 minute away. La Quinta is the main avenue parallel to the beach and which goes all the way from the north to the south of the town.

BICYCLES - There is an area to keep bicycles safely inside the residence during your stay. We do not provide bicycles but we can provide recommendations of places where to rent. Biking around Playa will be a fun way to discover the town as long as you are careful on the roads.

TAXIS - Right next to the residence is a taxi station where you will be able to pick up a taxi easily. Just be aware that picking up taxis in and around La Quinta will always be more expensive. We can also provide recommendations of taxis to call during your stay.

PARKING - Our guests have access to a free parking space which is located outside the condo on Calle 34. The area is safe and residential. Having a car to move around during your trip could be a nice way to explore the region.
