Situated in the heart of Mammoth, we're a short walk to top restaurants, bike/ski rentals, Mammoth Creek, a seasonal playground, & groceries. The shuttle stops 100 yards from the condo’s front door, with a quick 5 min ride to Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort at eagle lodge. Plus, our convenient 1st-floor unit means no lugging heavy bags up the stairs—easy access for your comfort!

Dining area has 6 seats between the dining table & bar with dining opening to a sunny south-facing deck. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

2024 UPDATES: Wood flooring throughout, down-to-the-studs bathroom remodel, new queen bed, heating blankets, & a zero-gravity chair for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy the tranquility of the mountains from our peaceful corner unit with WiFi, Smart TV + Cable, & board games.

-No Animals allowed in this condo due to Health Conditions.

-Linens are not routinely provided for sofa bed. With sufficient notice we can sometimes accomadate additional linens for the sofa bed.

-No Pets. No animals, Smoking, vaping, medicinal weed or pot allowed in condo or within 200 yards of the deck or front entry. Breaking the smoking or animal rule results in $1,000 fee per night & immediate condo eviction (for each night of reservation).

-Firewood is stocked in early winter & available until it runs out. Please bring a lighter & kindling as while we wish you to enjoy our fireplace these 2 items prove difficult to keep stocked.

-Snowstorms are foreseeable during the ski season in this mountain town. Carry chains for your vehicle. Refunds are not given for storms or weather warnings regardless of season. We do not refund if the road is open with chain control. We will only provide a refund for the days that the roads into Mammoth Lakes are completely closed; If escorts are provided for any period of the day then this is not a full road closure.
