Welcome to Sunset Ridge in the Aska Adventure area of beautiful Blue Ridge, Georgia. Featuring 3BR/3BA & Loft, 3 miles to downtown Blue Ridge, 6 decks and outdoor living room with fireplace, fire pit, hot tub, & game room equipped with a dart board game, pool table and card table. Take in the breathtaking panoramic mountain views while sitting on the large couch surrounding the outdoor fireplace.

Our luxury 5 Star cabin, Sunset Ridge Aska, is located on 1.7 acres in a private gated community right in the middle of the Aska Adventure Area just 3 miles to downtown Blue Ridge and less than 10 minutes to the Toccoa River, hiking trails, tubing, and Lake Blue Ridge Marina. The 3 finished levels include a spacious loft with a futon, foosball table, overlooking the spacious and yet cozy, family room with stacked stone fireplace. The cabin features a bedroom and bathroom on each level including 2 master bedrooms with King sized beds and a basement bedroom with a new full bed and twin over twin bunkbeds perfect for kids or a small family that sleeps 4. Gaming system is also in this bedroom.

The upstairs master suite has 2 private screened balconies with comfortable seating on the front side and a swing off the back side of the porch overlooking the beautiful sunsets. The upstairs master bathroom features a large walk-in shower. There is also a quiet place for working while away from home in a private desk area.

The oversized main level master has access to the screened in porch that spans the entire back of the cabin overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains. The screened outdoor area has a dining table so you can sit with the whole family and eat dinner while watching the sunset over the mountains and plenty of seating around the fireplace to relax and take in the view or join in a game of corn hole on the screened in porch area.

There are 3 fireplaces to cozy up next to including one in the outdoor living room. There is also a fire pit perfect for roasting s’mores and telling campfire stories.

Enjoy cooking and entertaining in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops complete with everything needed for your family meals. There is also a gas grill on the main floor porch for your cookout. The fully finished basement includes the 3rd fireplace, pool table, big screen tv, poker table, and plenty of board games and for the kids. You can relax on one of the multiple porch swings, or catch a game on one of the 5 tv's. The perfect spot to end the day and unwind can be found in our spacious and luxurious hot tub. Also included in your rental is free wi-fi and DirectTV.

Downtown Blue Ridge is just a short 10-15 minute drive. It is easily accessible to so many unique shops (something for everyone) and fine-dining restaurants. You do not want to miss the great outdoors. The Benton-McKaye Trail is right down the road. Hiking and biking trails galore and we are located right in the Aska Adventure area which is close to tubing, waterfalls, and the beautiful Blue Ridge lake.
