+ Swimming pool and heated spa. Our heated pool is available for an additional fee per reservation (NON REFUNDABLE) which covers the entire duration of your stay. If you'd like to the pool heated, please notify us in advance. Please note that pool heating is only available when weather permits and cannot be turned on if the outside temperature falls below 36 degrees. The pool temperature typically ranges between 78-84 degree for your comfort. Due to hot weather in Texas, you don't really need a heated pool around May - September. You have full access to the entire house! 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. There are no personal items from anyone else in the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all full-size modern appliances, cooking supplies, dishes, utensils, fridge with ice and water dispensers and more! Complimentary coffee and tea services along with paper towels, washing and dishwasher detergents, dryer sheets and initial supply of bathroom toiletries.

The garage, attic and storages are locked.

**Please park your cars in the back of the house. It is a private parking. Front street is a public parking. You can also park more cars across the street along Autumnwood Dr.
Outdoor cameras with audio and video recording are located in the front, back of the house, pool (on the top next to main doors).

**We allow small parties, events, retreats etc with LIMITED people. We don’t allow loud or crazy parties or events since we respect our neighbors. Please contact us before booking so we can accommodate your stays better! Let us know the total of guests, what occasions, parties or events and others that we need to know! Thank you for your understanding!

**Notes for mid-term stay:
- We kindly ask that guests be mindful of energy usage during their stays. An additional fee will apply for excessive consumption beyond the standard reserve. We require guests to pay the
different amount if the utility bills are more than average. We will send you the bills to proof and view how much you need to pay different after your stays.
