The home is located on private land available for riding ATVs, snowmobiles, hiking, and enjoying the wild beauty of Idaho (*some* hunting privileges available, please inquire).

This home is located in a rural area with nearest town (gas station, restaurant, bar, church, etc.) Kamiah, Idaho about 15 miles away.

There is satellite Internet at the property and no cell service at the home itself.

Our check-out tasks:

-Replace any furniture you moved. Our cleaning crew is not able to move heavy items back to where they belong. 

-Wash white towels with bleach.

-Take the trash to the bins in the garage.

-Start the dishwasher with the dirty dishes.

-Double check that you have all of your belongings and are logged out of TVs before locking all the doors.
