Sleeps 2. The Studio has one queen bed and cannot accommodate more than 2 people without prior agreement.

An airy, spacious studio in Rockridge, on the Berkeley/Oakland border. French doors on a quiet patio. Though easy walking distance from the 'action' on College Avenue, it feels like a retreat. Adapts easily to romance, work, play and rest.

Bathroom with shower (only), kitchenette, flat-screen TV (with Chromecast and Roku), stereo, Bluetooth speaker. Under-floor heating will keep you cozy when the weather turns cold. Access to a beautiful garden with wood-fired bread oven, chickens and a mediterranean vibe.

Rockridge is a hip and vibrant neighborhood and home to College Avenue - a bustling shopping district with numerous interesting shops; cafes and highly rated restaurants; Market Hall - a world-class gourmet market; Rockridge Library; and a Sunday farmers’ market. A 10-minute walk brings you to the BART station, from which it is 19 minutes into downtown San Francisco. A 5-minute walk brings you to the 51 bus to campus (or walk 1.6 miles). Or head downtown into Oakland, with its vibrant "uptown" scene and beautiful Lake Merritt.

TV screen has a Chromecast attached, so you can watch anything that can be cast from your smartphone or tablet, such as YouTubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, etc. It also has a Roku device attached.
