Located right off Beech Mtn Parkway for easy access, this roomy town home provides instant access to all that Beech has to offer. Welcome to your special home away from home. We call it “Living the Dream on Beech Mountain” because that’s exactly how you’ll feel while there.
The space:
This end-unit town home has its own private entrance and balcony situated in a small, private community. It has all of the comforts of home, and it is very spacious and nicely appointed. With huge windows, vaulted ceilings and skylights, there is a light and airy feel while overlooking spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The den, dining area, kitchen and guest bed and bathroom are on the main level, and the massive master suite and bathroom are the entire upper level.
The master and guest bedrooms have queen-size beds for four adults or six persons total provided that at least two of the Guests are under 18 years of age (four adults, two children; three adults; three children, etc). Beds and bedding, linens are provided for four.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, 55" flat-screen TV with cable TV and Amazon Firestick, Google Home, and Bluetooth soundbar. Each bedroom has its own 32" HDTV with Amazon Firesticks. There is high-speed WiFi with strong signals throughout. Cozy around the gas fireplace and enjoy the view with a hot cup of cocoa. There is a private balcony with string lights and outdoor bar.
The home is provided with pillows, linens, blankets, comforters, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. Beds will be made for guests prior to arrival as part of the linen and cleaning service. There will be hand soap, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies under the sinks, paper towels, and toilet paper. Salt and pepper, cooking spices, coffee, and coffee filters, and other kitchen goods such as tin foil, Saran Wrap, Zip-Loc bags are provided.

Beech Mountain Resort is a four season destination, providing outdoor activities for the entire family. Grab a drink at the on-site brewery. Try mountain biking and disc golf, or take a scenic lift ride to the top.
In the winter, skiing and snowboarding on Beech Mountain Resort is located only minutes from the unit. Beat the crowds, hit the slopes and terrain park, and be back home quickly for lunch or dinner when it's time for a break. There are many other winter activities nearby including snow tubing and ice skating.
The convenient location also offers the ability to check out other towns and attractions including Wilderness Alpine Coaster, Sugar Mountain Resort, Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, Mystery Hill, and so much more.
In the summer, take a mountain biking lesson from the pros, find a moment of peace in the Saturday morning yoga class, and spend evenings listening to live music at 5506', a full-service bar and snack spot offering great views from the top. You can also enjoy Beech Mountain Brewing Company, one of the only US breweries owned and operated by a ski area, with a full-service bar and food menus, entertainment and more. Also be sure to check out live music and several restaurants just a few steps away. Stroll to town and grab a slice of pizza or authentic Italian entrees and desserts at the world Famous Brick Oven Pizzeria.
Be sure to check out the random and vast supply of treasures at Fred's General Mercantile, where "if they don't have it, you don't need it.” Fred's has a restaurant on the ground level and up top a full grocery section with fresh produce, an extensive hardware area for anything you could need on the road, a clothing section for everyone in the family, clothes specific to outdoor activities, and plenty of gifts and items to remember your trip to Beech.
