Welcome to Let’s Live Canal Cottage in Old Homosassa!
Our three bedroom, two bath cottage is located on a canal off of the Homosassa River, with nearby gulf access. Bring your small boat or golf cart to enjoy the area.
There is a boat ramp at McRaes’s down the road and your small boat can be stored at our dock. Culvert access to the Homosassa River. This property also includes use of five kayaks and two bicycles.
Get in your kayak and go to dinner!
We are just minutes away on a beautiful walk to The Shed at McRae’s, The Freezer, The Monkey Bar and Monkey Island.
There are so many activities that are so easily accessible from this property.
Come enjoy the manatees and everything the nature coast has to offer! Enjoy this little slice of heaven!

(**Optional pull out couch available for two extra guests above six guests) $25 per guest per night.

Dishonesty regarding the number of guests that will be staying on the property will not be tolerated. ESPECIALLY if the number of guests exceeds the capacity limits that are set for the house. These limits are set for a reason. We do not provide air mattresses for extra bedding as the number of beds already in the house are ample for the guest capacity. Thank you.

Events are not permitted at our property. We have very lovely neighbors in a nice, quiet neighborhood that we love to also keep happy! We want to be able to continue to rent our cottage, so happy neighbors are key! Thank you for understanding!

House Rules

We appreciate you adhering to our house rules. Our home sleeps a MAXIMUM of 6 adult guests and 2 additional children over 6 people.

Our home is suitable for a maximum of 6 adult guests. Due to keeping our home clean and sanitary for future guests, please DO NOT use couches as beds.

Our home is on a very small and quiet side street with no on street parking. There is enough room for two vehicles and one boat with trailer.

Minimum age of renter is 25 years old.

All use of kayaks and bicycles is at your own risk.

We also do not allow parties and events at our cottage. We deeply respect or neighbors and neighborhood.

We are a pet free home. Thank you for understanding!

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit to be collected prior to stay. All security deposit holdings will be immediately refunded upon inspection of the property following check if no damage or missing items have been found.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in.
There are no refunds given for cancellations 6 days or less prior to check in.
